We order the juices straight to BEC in their website: https://becwarehouse.dearportal.com
Every Friday by 7am, we have to send them the order to be received on Saturday morning before start the bag production.
Order through DEAR PORTAL #
When you enter in the website, please go to search and write down “HPP”, as you can see:
So, the website will give the all options for juices:
The third step is click in the cart Botton for each juice that we will order:
After that we go to the cart:
We place the number of each juices:
So updated the cart when you placed exactly the amount of juices:
Check Out time:
Before placed the order, it will show this screen:
Just have to fill out with “Canada” and then the shipped method:
And then confirm order:
Send email #
After you placed the order, you have to send an email for the warehouse confirming the order, as you can see below:
Authorization Process Payment #
Every Tuesday, the AP from BEC will send an email requesting the payment.
You just have to check the invoice if the numbers of juices are correct.
If yes, give the authorization.
If not, explain to them what it is wrong so they can fix.
