Welcome to the world of Label Materials!

There are two main materials from which the label rolls are derived; paper label products and poly label products.

When you are standing in front of the shelves, next to the office washroom as shown in the images below you will see:

  • Paper products on the left side
  • Poly products on the right side

The Poly label products are used for the 2GWK black & green branded labels and for established white label account programs. (on the top two shelves) This label material has a shiny finish and can easily be removed from packaging. It repels water and has a very clean and sleek finish.

The paper label products (bottom shelve of above pic and left side of below pic) are used for our Body Energy Club meal program & new white label menu accounts. These labels have a matte finish and cannot be removed from the lids once applied.

More on the label programs later.

Ribbon use & storage: #

For each of the 2 types of label materials, paper & poly, a specific ribbon must be used.

For Poly labels (2GWK branded labels & Established white label menu labels): wax-resin blend ribbon is used.

For Paper labels (Body Energy Club, New white label accounts: 100% wax ribbon is used)
