Purpose #

Body Energy Club is one of the pillars of our wholesale program. In this topic you will explore our procedural processes which directly pertain to the ordering structure for the Body Energy Club stores.

 

 

Targets #

When you’ve completed this Topic, you will be able to:

Weekly Schedule #

We operate on a weekly order schedule with 3 order days for the corresponding 4 delivery days. This cycle remains the same each week.

The order submission time deadline is 9 am on each order day and breaks down into the following schedule:

Menus #

We have 2 different menus that the Body Energy Club stores order from each week.

The first, is our online menu.

From this menu they order from the 5 regular entree selections only. They do not order from any other categories of this menu with the exception of the dessert items ‘Oh Yes We Did,’ ‘Bananarama’ and ‘Daredevil’ which they order for both Saturday’s and Tuesday’s deliveries.

The entree items are packaged with our regular 32oz plastic entree containers and 2 Guys with Knives branding labels. These items change weekly in accordance with our weekly menu cycle.

The second, is their custom menu which we have developed exclusively for the Body Energy Club stores.

This menu is a co-branded menu packaged in plant based containers and features the BEC branding as the prominent item on the label with the 2 Guys with Knives reference coming secondary.

This is a fixed menu and only changes if items are discontinued or new items are requested.

Menu Availability #

All menus and menu items are not available for all delivery days.

  • Our 2 Guys with Knives rotating menu is only available for Saturday & Tuesday deliveries
  • The Full BEC custom menu is only available for Saturday, Tuesday & Thursday deliveries

Wednesday’s delivery is only available to the Robson, Equinox & Davie store locations and the only menu items available for this delivery are the wrap selections from the BEC custom menu

 

 

Weekly Schedule – Expanded #

Now that you are familiar with the schedule, menus and availability you can put it all together with the expanded information schedule below:

 

NOTE: You will receive a single PO containing both menus on Wednesdays for Saturday’s delivery.

All PO orders are submitted individually based on menu and delivery day. The exception to this is Wednesday’s PO orders. All Rotating Menu orders for the week must be submitted on the Wednesday order day regardless of delivery day.

Meaning, on Wednesdays, stores must submit one PO for their Saturday delivery of Custom Menu Items & Rotating Menu Items (together) AND one PO for their Tuesday delivery of Rotating Menu items.

 

 

 

Ordering Format #

All orders are received via email in the form of a pdf PO from the BEC team.

Late Orders #

If you have not received a corporate store’s PO order by the 9am deadline, proceed with the following:

  • Contact Remy via phone and leave a voicemail if there is no answer
  • If you get his voicemail, immediately send a secondary follow up via email

If you have not received a franchise store’s PO order by the 9am deadline, proceed with the same steps above for the corresponding franchise store contact
