Refunding the cooler bag #

To refund a cooler bag deposit, follow the steps below.

  • From the dashboard navigate to the Users tab:

 

Search for the user who will have their cooler bag refunded in the search bar:

 

Select the user from the search results:

 

Scroll down to the very bottom of the user profile. There, you’ll find the section delivery notes from this user:

 

Go through the orders until you find the one that has the item: Cooler Bag & Ice Deposit (One-time, Fully refundable). That is the order that is going to be refunded:

 

On the order page uncheck the Has cooler bag checkbox:

 

Select Refund:

 

Set the Cooler bag amount to 1. The system should calculate the refund amount to the value of the cooler bag.

 

Uncheck the Restock refunded items checkbox:

 

Now refund the order, either manually or, if it was placed from the back end, through the Elavon Coverage Credit Card:

 

You have successfully refunded the Cooler Bag! By following these steps you ensure that if this user ever comes back to make a new order
