Budget vs. Spent #
In the Budget Vs Spreadsheet, you can monitor if the investments are meeting the budget target.

For each month, simply add a new column, and pull the investment from the appropriate spreadsheet.

Pretty easy, right?
Updating campaigns’ info #
For each month, build a spreadsheet containing the investments for each channel, and ad-by-ad, as the example below.

Identify which ads brought better results, which ones had poor performances, and why.
In the example above, for Instagram, you can see that although ‘Bunny Napped’ gave us more profile and website visits, it brought only 3 new followers. On the other hand ‘Intermittent fasting’ had less profile and website visits, but brought 6 new followers.
Which one is best? It depends on the ad’s goal!
‘Bunny Napped’s goal was to drive sales, and ‘Intermittent fasting’s goal was to create awareness and bring new followers.
So, ‘Bunny Napped’ was successful both in driving sales (website sales) and generating awareness (profile visits). ‘Intermittent fasting’ was not so good in driving sales, and also brought an average result in generating awareness, but it was better in bringing new followers.
This analysis can guide you to maximize futures investments!
