Website step by step #
When you are at the backend of the website when you go to the left column, you’ll see a section called “export orders” (it is a submenu of the WooCommerce section), click on it and we’ll go to the next step

Once we are at export orders, you’ll find a tab on the top called “profiles”, let’s click on it and it will take us to many different reporting formats available on our website 😉

Now let’s scroll down to the end and we’ll be able to see the ‘delivery report’ title

Once we see the title, let’s click on it and it will take us to the formatting of the delivery report spreadsheet

When we are here, we just have to make sure that the date range is correct. You’ll just have to select the date range that encompasses the beginning of our ordering week which is the Saturday from the previous week in relation to the delivery report and it ends on Friday in which you are making this report 🙂

In this example, I am showing how I select the date range of November 16th to November 22nd if I were making the delivery report on Friday, November 22nd. Why? because Friday, November 2nd is when we just closed all of our orders and we compile all of the info from our clients who have ordered throughout the week (Saturday, Nov 16 till Friday, Nov 22nd).

All of the other filters on the website have been arranged and saved in a certain way that only the date has to be changed every time we export this report. But just to have a better understanding of some important filters here, let’s go through the “Order Statuses” filter.

Pending payment and processing will always show there because these are orders that were approved by the system (the transaction was successful “processing” or we allowed the customer to pay later in the week because their credit card wasn’t working (pending payment)

After this, please click on Export [w/o progressbar] and you’ll get the spreadsheet you’ll be working on to manage all the delivery logistics

Let’s start organizing the information.

Let’s go to the next step and see how it’s done.
