Summarize direct client, wholesale & extra numbers #
After finalizing order tracking on Friday morning, we should shit down the website (you will see in this topic ahead 2 topics). So we will follow this step by step:
1- go to export order
2 - go to Order Report
3 - Keep the total number using command C and then command-shift - V
4- delete all orders in between
5 - At the end there will be a report with the total number of each item in our menu
6 - We have just to add for entrees: wholesale numbers + 02. For wholesale, you have to check at google drive-sales- same- week- wholesale - BEC- Rotating Menu, as well adding to the total number + 2 of each entree (to sell for the late orders)
