Overview #
Blended For You is one of our suppliers for smoothies.
There are 3 types of smoothies:
a) what you do your own, selecting 05 types of smoothies;
b) what is ready;
c) the package that comes in the vegan cleanse.
Preliminary Numbers #
We have to send an email with excel files on Thursday morning with the smoothies already sold.
How to get these files:
1 – Go to our website;
2 – Go to WooCommerce;
3 – Export Orders – Profiles;
4 – So you can see “Curated Smoothie Packs Report” file; “Make Your Own Smoothie Report” & “Vegan Cleanse Smoothie Report”
5 – Click in the first one and select the date range for the week that you are working on:
6 – Scroll down and Click in “Save Settings”:
7 – So you will click in export [w/o progressbar]:
8 – Transform the file in excel:
9 – Do the same process with the others 2 files and send by email to Blended for You:
Final Numbers #
The same process used in the preliminary numbers should be applied here for the final numbers.
This number must be sent via email by 7am on Fridays.
