BEC Label Overview #
Our BEC label program was our very first custom label collaboration. It was the launch pad for our wholesale development and remains one of our strongest wholesale relationships.
These labels feature the BEC branding colours and also highlight both of our logos as a symbol of our partnership and committed development. This provides a tremendous marketing platform for us within the BEC stores.
These labels are used exclusively for the BEC custom menu. This is a set menu, designed specifically for their environment and is not offered to any other wholesale vendors.
The only item on their custom menu that is NOT labelled with the co-branded label is the dessert item ‘Oh Yes We Did.’ This is simply an item from our online menu which is available for them to order for all of their delivery days.

Shapes, Sizes & Function #
BEC labels arrive in a pre printed template, complete with our co-branded logos, set information and select coloured aesthetics.

The BEC co-branded labels are available in 3 sizes:
1 1/2 x 5 3/8 Oval: Used for BEC Custom Menu Wraps:
3 x 3 circle: Used for the following BEC Custom Menu items:
- BEC Custom Menu Entrees
- Protein Cookies
- Protein Bites
- Desserts
- Snack Boxes
Material #
The BEC co-branded labels are a paper label product. They have a matte finish and cannot be removed from the lids once applied.
These labels MUST be printed using the 100% wax ribbon.
Printing Specs #
As you’ve learned, all of the BEC labels arrive with pre printed templates, which means your job just got way easier! Yahoo!
All you need to do from here is print the variable information into the white space of the label using the Bartender Software.
The variable information includes:
- Dish Name
- Ingredients
- Nutritional Information
- Barcode
All of the BEC items have a unique UPC-A barcode. No item can have the same barcode as it will create an inconsistency in the ordering and inventory system of the BEC stores.
Therefore it is important to ensure that all labels have a different barcode.

Info For Labels #
Locating the variable info for the BEC co-branded label templates is quick and easy using google drive. For dish name, description & nutritional info, follow these steps:
- enter google drive
- navigate to the wholesale folder
- inside of the wholesale folder, select ‘BEC’
- inside of ‘BEC,’ select “BEC Menus,” then “Current Menu” and double click on the document titled “BEC Menu” to open. This document will contain the most recent version of the dish name, description & nutritional information.
